Registration starts: INTRODUCTION TO BELLYDANCE
July 26 for Apex Residents & August 9 for Non-Apex Residents
Ages 16+. Have fun dancing in a supportive and social atmosphere. Learn basic belly dancing techniques, including head, shoulder, rib and hip isolations, beautiful arm movements, and shimmies all inspired by Middle Eastern Dance. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a hip scarf or something to wear around your hips. This class is for beginners with little to no experience. The class will be taught at a slow pace so everyone can learn the movements.

Amara's studio is located in Apex, convenient from Cary, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina, Garner and Clayton. Please email me to pre-register. **Classes are limited to 10 so please register early. Drop in classes are $15 and only is space allows.
